IronBark Hill Brewhouse

Using a custom-made German brewing system, IronBark Brewery officially opened in early 2017. The Brewery is owned by Peter Drayton who is a well-respected and highly regarded individual in the Newcastle and Hunter business community.

Peter Drayton is building a diverse portfolio of wines and beer brands on his premises and creating popular culinary experiences at the IronBark Hill cellar-door for visitors too.

With 13 beers on tap in their brewhouse, choose from five of their core beers, two ciders or several seasonal varieties including their award-winning Pilsner and Black Forest Stout.

Supporting local brands such as IronBark Hill from the Hunter, as well as other local brands from around Newcastle, Central Coast and North Coast regions, means Global Brands Liquor have a unique offer for on-premise clients.

This allows the venues themselves to have a unique drink list that is different from Sydney, Melbourne and other regions.
