In December 2019, Seadrift opened Australia’s first dedicated non-alcoholic distillery, right in the heart of Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The distillery is purpose-built and designed specifically for their unique process that is based on the traditional copper pot distillation method used for centuries to produce top-end vodkas and gins.

Seadrift uses freshly cut ingredients from the best local growers around Sydney, along with locally foraged sea kelp found daily on their local beaches. They rigorously control their ingredients, balancing each batch individually to account for different flavour intensities throughout the growing season. Seadrift produces small batches to ensure the freshness of the product is maintained throughout the process.
