Or perhaps you prefer coffee and a pastry? The Stick Pastry Kitchen downstairs has the most beautiful and delicious pastries we guarantee it will be too hard to resist.

Making up 50% of their production, the Tulloch family is most famous for their Verdelho.

Currently up to its 3rd and 4th generation, the Tulloch family is entering an exciting new phase with the first female taking hold of the company, current CEO Christina.

One of her recent inventions is “the idea of not doing a Moscato but doing our take on Verscato which is what we are most famous for and what we do best…. perfect for summer drinking”.

In terms of red wines, the Hunter region is most known for shiraz.

“In the hunter warmer climates tend to produce lighter bodies when you’re speaking red wine. So hunter shiraz is a little bit different when you’re comparing it to places like South Australia, they are heavy and more intense.

“In the hunter with our climate and soils we produce a medium body meaning it is a little bit lower in alcohol, the flavour is not as intense it is more of your cherry, raspberry, lighter fruits. It’s your every dayer…and that’s what we are all about your easy drinking styles”.
