Your St Patrick's Day Cocktail List
Thanks to Jameson Irish Whiskey.
Jamo Fresh Apple
Method:
Add 6 green apples, the zest and juice of two lemons, 200g sugar and 200ml boiling water into a blender.
Blend until smooth, then leave to sit for 1 hour.
Sieve mixture into a bowl.
Add the bottle of Jameson, one litre of sparkling water and stir.
Serve in a short glass over ice and garnish with apple slices.
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Jameson
7 green apples, cored and sliced
Zest and juice of two lemons
200g of sugar
200ml of boiling water
1 litre of sparkling water
Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
35ml Jameson
15ml Kahlua
30ml chilled espresso
5-ml sugar syrup
Method:
Combine all ingredients.
Shake and serve on the rocks served with a sprig of mint.
The Irish Cocktail
Method:
Mix 60ml Jameson with 2 dashes of Pernod Absinthe, 2 dashes of curaҫao, 1 dash of Maraschino liqueur and 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
Stir mixture over ice
Strain into a chilled sherry glass
Flame a piece of orange peel and squeeze the zest over the cocktail
Garnish with an olive
Ingredients:
60ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 dashes Pernod Absinthe
2 dashes curaҫao
1 dash maraschino liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 olive for garnish
The Sour Bonder
Method:
Combine 50ml Jameson, 20ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup and 1 egg white in a shaker.
Add ice and shake until foamy.
Strain into a tall glass and add top up with ginger beer.
Serve over ice & garnish with a lime wedge.
Ingredients:
50ml of Jameson Original
20ml of lemon juice
15ml of sugar syrup
Egg white Splash of ginger beer
Wedge of lime for garnish.
Cooper’s Tea
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with 8 Irish Breakfast teabags, and the zest and juice of 4 lemons.
Add 1lb jar of honey and jar of boiling water (use the honey jar) and shake.
Place 1 sliced cucumber in a bowl with apple juice and stir.
Leave both mixes to sit for an hour.
Sieve both into a new bowl.
Add 1 bottle of Jameson and mint leaves.
Serve in short glasses over ice.
Garnish with remaining cucumber slices.

2 cucumbers, sliced
8 Irish Breakfast teabags
2 litres of pressed apple juice
1lb jar of honey
1 jar of boiling water (use honey jar)
The zest & juice of 4 lemons
A handful of mint leaves
Ginger Brew
Method:
Muddle 3 ginger chunks in the base of a boston shaker before adding 50ml Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition, 30ml honey syrup, 15ml lemon and 15ml lime juice.
Shake well before straining into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Top up with 70ml Chieftain IPA and garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
